JSB «ORGRESBANK» has completed the first stage of CRM-system implementation

JSB “ORGRESBANK” has completed the first stage of CRM-system implementation, based on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform in the module of retail loans. The Siebel platform is, in the opinion of the experts from the department of retail business development of the Bank, the best platform for automating processes of retail customer relationship management.

The purposes of CRM-system implementation in JSB “ORGRESBANK” include broadening business opportunities by using best practices in the world experience relating to the work with clients, reflected in the modern technologies of Oracle Siebel CRM.
