ORGRESBANK now has its own 24/7 “Contact-center”

24/7 «Contact-center» started to work in ORGRESBANK for customers-persons. Now the customers can get information at any time of day about the Bank’s retail products and services: from the answering machine – about the mortgage loans, car loans and retail loan programs, about the bank card-related tariffs and services, about the deposits and retail banking services, and from the telephone operator – more detailed information about the above-mentioned services, about the location and the working hours of the bank outlets and ATMs.

Depending on his question, a customer (using the voice menu) can be quickly switched to a relevant specialist. So the possible waiting-on-the-answer time will be minimized, because the system based on which the «Contact-center» has been implemented, can estimate the operators’ load to optimize the number of the operators.

According to the Deputy Chairmand of ORGRESBANK’s Management Board Mikhail Polyakov, the bank is constantly improving its products and services for persons, as well as the service level. An own call-processing center will make the customer service even faster and more convenient which, together with very good rates and other conditions on the retail products will create new competitive advantages for the Bank.
