Nordea Bank awarded “For the high quality of customer service” for a second time

Nordea Bank won the nomination “For the high quality of customer service” of the National Banking Award.

 

Founded in 2005 by the Association of Russian Banks and the National Banking Magazine, this Award is the main professional accolade of the banking community. The Award Ceremony is traditionally attended by CEOs of the largest Russian banks, representatives of the Government, social organizations and mass media.

This year 7 banks were nominated: Alfa-Bank, MDM Bank, Uralsib Bank. etc. The Award’s Expert Council evaluated all accomplishments of the nominees in 2013 and for a second time named Nordea Bank the best in this nomination. The first time when the Bank won the nomination “For the high quality of customer service” was in 2011.
