Nordea Bank offers individual customers to update their contact information

Nordea Bank recommends its customers to update their contact information if is has changed and to provide their mobile numbers and/or e-mail addresses if they have not been provided before.

 

From 2014 onwards the Bank shall notify the customers on all transactions effected via bank cards and via Nordea online pursuant to Article 9, Federal Law “On the National Payment System” No. 161-FZ dated 27.06.2011. Customer notifications are delivered to addresses made available to the Bank. Therefore the Bank recommends keeping the contact information updated to ensure that important financial information is delivered to addressees.

Customers can update their personal data in the offices of Nordea Bank. For this purpose a passport is required.
