OJSC Nordea Bank recommends its individual customers to update their personal data stored with the Bank, if and when necessary

OJSC Nordea Bank hereby reminds its individual customers on the need to update their personal data stored with the Bank, if and when necessary, including in case of a change in a cell phone number and an e-mail address.

 

For the purposes of this notification the term ‘personal data’ shall include:

  • Details of identification documents (e.g passport; migration card issued by the Russian migration authorities; temporary residence permit, etc.);
  • Customer’s contact information (telephone numbers; e-mail address);
  • Other personal information on the customer.

A customer may update personal data in any of the branches of the Bank, provided that she/he presents her/his passport (or any other identification document) to the relevant employee of the Bank.
