For the purpose of developing relations with partner companies, Nordea Bank is organizing a round-table talk with realtors and brokers.
At the event you may get to know more about the Bank’s mortgage programs, as well as about how property purchase-sale deals (including “alternative” ones, i.e. parallel or chain deals involving more than one property) with home loans are executed. You may also find out about what documents are to be submitted to the Bank, what the eligibility criteria for a target property are and how the property is evaluated etc.
