Nordea Bank is launching its own page NordeaBankRus in the Twitter social network. The Twitter page will primarily serve as Nordea Bank’s news feed as well as a quick-response tool to network users’ feedbacks and questions.
The key idea of launching a Twitter page is to establish a new communication channel enabling to share banking products and services information and to communicate with customers. Apart from access to the product line information, NordeaBankRus visitors will have an opportunity to learn more about the life of the Bank and its employees, to read about social projects supported by Nordea Bank, to check out vacancies opened in the Bank and to address questions to our professionals.
Nordea Bank has so far been running Facebook and Vkontakte pages for over a year and a half, with the number of friends constantly increasing. Facebook and Vkontakte pages contain news and curious facts about the Nordic countries. Also various contests are held with prizes for the Bank’s friends. Holding contests for visitors of the Bank’s Twitter page is in the pipeline.
