Nordea Bank opens personal profiles with social network services

Nordea Bank opens its personal profiles with Facebook and Vkontakte.

The key objective is to create a new communication channel which will enable us to communicate with the networks’ users, inform them about our products and services, answer their questions, share about the Bank’s events and discuss the market news.

«We hope to start an open dialog with both existing and potential customers on our web-pages in the social networks. Such a direct communication will undoubtedly promote better understanding of our customers’ needs, enhance service quality, enable to promptly respond to ever-changing market needs, as well as bolster our image as an open bank which is always around», - remarks Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Nordea Bank, Igor Bulantsev.
