Non-cash payments in ATMs
In all Nordea Bank ATMs, any VISA, MasterCard or Cirrus/Maestro cardholder can pay for mobile phone services, local and long-distance phone services, Internet, cable television and utilities as well as recharge an electronic purse.

Attention!
- Name of the provider “STRIM” (Moscow and Moscow region) has been changed to Home Internet and TV MTS. Name of the provider “STRIM-TV” in regions will remain the same.
- Сashless payments service in favour of Mosenergosbyt at the Bank’s ATMs has been temporarily suspended. Please, keep in mind that this item may still be displayed in the ATMs’ menu; however, if you try to effect a payment, the transaction will be rejected.
- WebMoney charges its fee for crediting funds to the personal account, with the cardholder being notified thereof before effecting a payment.
How to initiate your transaction:
- Insert your card into the ATM.
- Enter your PIN code.
- Select the PAYMENT button on the screen menu.
- Select a payee category by pressing the respective button on the screen menu:
- CELLULAR OPERATORS - to credit your mobile phone account
- TELEPHONE - to pay local or long-distance phone services
- TELEVISION - to pay for cable television
- INTERNET - to pay for Internet service or credit your electronic purse
- MUNICIPAL SERVICE - to pay for utilities.
- Select the payee by pressing the respective button on the screen menu. If the payee is not shown on the screen, select "NEXT SCREEN".
- If applicable, select a local service branch of the payee by pressing the respective button on the screen menu.
- Using the ATM keypad, enter your personal customer account number and payment details.
- Using the ATM keypad, enter the transaction amount in roubles and kopeks (minimum transaction amount is 50 roubles).
- Check the accuracy of entered payment details and confirm the transaction by pressing ENTER.
- Collect your ATM receipt confirming the transaction processing and your card.
All the transactions can be conducted with cards issued by Nordea Bank, as well as other banks.
No commission is charged to cardholders; the total amount debited to the card account is credited to the payee’s account.
Input of the personal customer account number and additional payment details
CELLULAR OPERATORS
- The ten-digit number (including mobile code) without a preceding "+7" or "8" should be entered as the phone number.
For example: 9101234567 for the phone number +7 910 123 45 67. - When paying for the services of the following operators: MEGAFON, SKY LINK or SMARTS, select a local service branch of the payee upon the selection of the operator.
TELEPHONE
- The ten-digit number (including an area code) without a preceding "+7" or "8" should be entered as the phone number.
For example: 4951234567 for the phone number (495) 123 45 67. - When paying for MGTS services, first enter your flat number (up to 4 digits) using the ATM keypad upon entering the phone number.
- When paying for ROSTELECOM services, enter the invoice details as the personal customer account number. Then enter a ten-digit phone number (including an area code) without a preceding "+7" or "8".
For example: 4991234567 for the phone number (499) 123 45 67. - When paying for DALSVYAZ services, select the type of service you are going to pay for when selecting the operator.
TELEVISION
- The service agreement number (up to 15 digits) should be entered as the personal customer account number.
INTERNET
- To credit your account with E-PORT.RU, enter the eleven-digit number of the card received at subscription as the personal customer account number. It should be followed by a three-digit check code also received at subscription.
- When crediting your WEBMONEY electronic purse, the twelve-digit purse number should be entered as the personal customer account number.
- When crediting your YANDEX MONEY electronic purse, the fifteen-digit purse number should be entered as the personal customer account number.
- When paying for SPARK services, select a local service branch of the payee upon the selection of the operator.
MUNICIPAL SERVICE
- To make payments to MS MOSCOW, the two-digit month number and last two digits of the year should be entered as the personal customer account number.
For example: 0108 – to pay for the period of January 2008 - To make payments to MS LYPETSK, the twelve-digit number of the first bar code on the invoice should be entered as the personal customer account number, followed by the first four digits of the second bar code on the invoice.
Payment of consular fees in Bank ATMs
We offer our customers a service on cashless payment for a visa or a residence permit in Finland in Nordea Bank ATMs that would enable the customers to save their time.
To pay the consular fee you must have only a payment notice obtained in the Embassy or the Consulate as well as a bank card (there must be an amount posted on the card account sufficient for executing the transaction).
