Remote banking in Nordea online system

Nordea Bank offers a remote banking service through the Nordea online system that will allow you to manage your bank accounts in a real-time regime. The system can be installed on any PC or a laptop with the available Internet access and is compatible with any of the browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, Opera 9.0, Mozilla FireFox 2.0 and higher.

Remote banking is a simple and convenient service allowing around-the-clock receipt of information and performance of transactions by current or card accounts from the office or from home without going to the bank.

The Nordea online remote banking service will allow you:
  • to use the system interface both in Russian and in English
  • to receive information about the current state and cash flow on bank accounts
  • to obtain data on the status and the payment limit of debit and credit cards
  • to carry out interbank money transfers in rouble and foreign currencies including transfers from cards accounts to other accounts opened with the bank as well as other credit institutions
  • to conduct cashless sales or purchases of foreign currency
  • to maintain correspondence with the bank.
To start working in the Nordea online system:
  1. Fill out an application for connection to the service using a form or in any Nordea Bank office. Connection and monthly service are free of charge.
  2. Present an ID document (for instance, an internal RF passport) when applying at the bank office.
  3. On the basis of your application an employee of Nordea Bank will assign a login and a password to you (required to enter the system) as well as a scratch-card (they contain session keys required for transacting in the system).
  4. After connection to the remote banking system you will be able to use the resource via the link at the official Nordea Bank site.

Transfers in roubles and foreign currencies for accounts opened in Nordea Bank as well as remittances of tax and customs duties are made free of charge. The commission fee for transfers to accounts opened in other banks is charged in accordance with the Nordea Bank Fee Schedule.
