Plastic cards online

This service allows Nordea Bank customers to receive real-time information about card accounts over the Internet. You can access the following information without leaving your home or office:

  • account balance
  • account cash flow.

This service is offered free of charge.

Mobile Bank

This service allows Nordea Bank customers to receive real-time information about card accounts over your mobile phone.

Our technology allows customers to receive information upon separate request or upon each bank card transaction. For customers possessing multiple cards, you may receive immediate information for all cards, or just one.

Not only is this service highly effective, but it can also be used at any time and in any place where wireless connection is available.

Remote banking through Nordea online system

Nordea Bank offers you to try advantages of a new special service – Nordea Online Remote Banking  through which you might manage your bank accounts on-line.

This service will allow the bank’s customers:

  • to use the system interface both in Russian and in English
  • to receive information about the current state and cash flow on bank accounts
  • to obtain data on the status and payment limit of debit and credit cards
  • to carry out interbank money transfers in rouble and foreign currencies including transfers from cards accounts to other accounts opened with the bank as well as other credit institutions
  • to conduct cashless sales or purchases of foreign currency
  • to maintain correspondence with the bank.
