Documenting a bank card
- To order a bank card, you may apply at any Nordea Bank office and complete a required package of documents.
- The bank opens a special card account (SCA) and issues a card pursuant to the application from the customer.
- When documenting a bank card, it is necessary to present a passport or another identity card (in accordance with a list below), as well as complete a specimen signature card (documented by the bank).
- 4. Once an SCA has been opened, you are required to make a cash deposit to the account in the amount of an initial contribution to have your card issued and maintained at the fixed effective rates of the bank. No security deposit or minimum balance is required.
- Within 5 business days, a card will be produced, which you can collect at any office of our bank. *
When collecting a card and PIN code, the cardholder is required to present an identity card. **
* In cases provided by law, the bank may reject to issue a bank card to an individual.
** Documents to be submitted when opening an account current, deposit account which have been drafted in a foreign language have to be accompanied by a translation into Russian certified in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Russian Federation. In cases provided by the laws of the Russian Federation, the documents to be submitted when opening a bank account, deposit account, have to be legalised.
