All services included in the service package are offers free of charge to Nordea Bank VISA Platinum cardholders.

- Mobile Bank
You can receive instant information regarding the status of your card account over your mobile phone. - Online bank cards
You can receive information regarding the status of your card account over the Internet. - Informational medical and legal referral
This international company global assistance programme offers customers needed legal and medical telephone consultation through International SOS. - Card Protection Service *
Bank cardholders receive compensation for insured purchases made with the card if the insured item is damaged or stolen within 90 days of purchase (a 50 US dollar deduction from cost of damage applies). - Warranty Management Service *
The Warranty Management Service extends, if necessary, the term of manufacturer warranties up to 24 months following the date of insured purchase. - Concierge-Service programme **
Upon request, you will be sent information regarding businesses providing desired services — including name, address, telephone number, working hours and rates — both abroad and in Russia.
If needed, you may book a room in selected hotels, make use of courier delivery services, arrange for car rental and order translation or interpretation services, in addition to a wide range of business services. These services are charged separately. - VISA Premium Package
