Cash collection

OJSC Nordea Bank offers tailored cash (valuables) collection and delivery services. The Bank’s Collection and Delivery Service is supported by the very latest transportation vehicles, communication and security facilities, is licensed by the respective authorities and is able to execute the following operations in the cash (valuables) handling:

• cash collection
• cash delivery with selection of banknotes of required nominal value
• cash delivery for exchange of banknotes of the Bank of Russia into coins of the Bank of Russia, exchange of coins of the Bank of Russia into banknotes of the Bank of Russia, banknotes of the Bank of Russia of one nominal value into banknotes of the Bank of Russia of other nominal value.

Advantages of the service:

• cash collection schedule shall be specified by customer
• crediting of collected cash can be effected on the same day value (as agreed)
• remote crediting to settlement accounts in case of business conducted by customer in various regions of Russia:
  • cash collection in roubles of the Russian Federation in any bank office if customer does not have a settlement account
  • transfer or crediting of collected cash to customer’s settlement account opened in a bank’s office located in other region
  • prompt settlements ensured by wide bank regional branch network.

To use collection or delivery services in handling cash (valuables) in OJSC Nordea Bank you should sign a contract.

The list of cash collection points and collection/delivery schedule shall be stipulated under an Agreement on list of cash collection points and delivery.
