E-services – «Bank-Client» System
In order to most conveniently and quickly serve the customer, Nordea Bank offers its customers the Bank-Client System. This system allows users to manage EDI document flow, promptly receive accounts statements and settle accounts with the bank and partners directly from the office or from any point of the globe where the Internet is accessible.

Nordea Bank offers two versions of the Bank-Client System: Bank-Client/Windows and Bank-Client/Internet.
When a Bank-Client/Windows System is used (with a Windows interface), electronic documents are received and transmitted over a modem or Internet offline.
If needed, Nordea Bank provides on-site specialists to customer's place of business to install customer-end Bank-Client/Windows System software and train system users.
Basic features of the system are:
- completion and sending of payment instructions and other documents to the bank
- receipt of payment notifications
- receipt of account statements
- maintenance of payment documents and statement archive
- receipt of bank messages.
System software installed on customers’ computers allows payment confidentiality and reliability.
