Brokerage service are offered by the bank in compliance with the Regulations for rendering services on financial markets

To open a trading account, you must submit the relevant documents to the bank. You can receive the necessary forms at a bank office, print them out from the site or receive the entire package by e-mail.

Documents in English are provided via electronic mail upon your request.

You can submit the trading account application to the bank by personally contacting the central bank office (meetings must be arranged in advance) or sending the application by mail to the bank at:
Office 124, Building 1, 19 3rd Yamskogo Polia Ul., Moscow 125040.

If you are sending the application by mail it is necessary to notarise the documents.
